Deposits and gift certificates are NON-REFUNDABLE; however, you may reschedule for a different available date at least 15 days prior to your scheduled trip. Keep in mind dates are limited, so it is best to plan ahead. In the event of unsafe conditions due to severe weather, natural disasters, or unexpected season closures we reserve the right to reschedule trips.
